We’re heading into our favourite time of the year where you can join us to watch the Six Nations games live and of course, celebrate St Patricks Day with celebrations going on from Friday 13th March to Tuesday 17th March.
Trad music sessions are a long-standing Irish tradition and live music is the highlight of a night in Molly Mc’s. Our excellent musicians play Thursday, Friday & Saturdays from 7ish. Once they get going, the night is your oyster!
Welcome to the brunch where the craic is absolutely off the charts and the vibes are wilder than a Bank Holiday in Temple Bar. It’s brunch – but Irish. Which means brunch – but funnier, louder, and better, where the Guinness flows like poetry.
Priced at £45 per person, enjoy 90 minutes of bottomless drinks INCLUDING GUINNESS and a Thai dish plus our infamous live band bringing the best trad tunes and commercial hits done the Irish way. Think the soundtrack to the best time of your life meets that “diddly diddly” magic.
A bottomless brunch guaranteed to be a little bit trad, a little bit rave and A LOT bit Paddy. Massive chorus singalongs, big arm around your mate energy and the only thing more Irish than the music… is the volume it’s sung at. By 2:15pm you’ll swear you’re in Galway.
Big fun. Big craic.
Every Saturday | 1pm – 3pm.
Monthly Sundays | 1-3pm.
Picture this: It’s 1pm. Someone hands you a Guinness. The band starts a tune you swear you know. Suddenly the whole room is up on their feet. That Spice bag arrives. Your drink is topped up. Your mate puts their arm around you and starts singing their heart out. That’s That Irish Brunch.

Guinan’s room is named after Molly’s best friends Eileen and Angie Guinan. Molly visited their house every evening after work, for a cuppa and a catch up. The salvaged wallpaper and wood panelling in their room is inspired by the front room of their house. Drinks and sharing platters can be enjoyed in your room while you sing, listen, catch-up and dance. *Room rates are £8-10 pp per hour off peak, £12-14 pp per hour peak.
Jack’s singing room is named after our director Johnny & Ryan’s father, who opened his first bar in 1967 in Meath and called it…Jack’s! Here you’ll find family heritage and pictures covering the walls and it’s one of our largest rooms, fit for real party. Drinks and sharing platters can be enjoyed in your room while you sing, listen, party and dance. *Room rates are £8-10 pp per hour off peak, £12-14 pp per hour peak.
Slim’s was the name of the 1980’s nightclub above Jack’s bar, The Leinster Arms, in Maynooth and is our upstairs singing room. It’s our smallest room and perfect for a couple or up to four - a wee den that offers its guests more time on the mic! Drinks and sharing platters can be enjoyed in your room while you sing, listen and dance. *Room rates are £8-10 pp per hour off peak, £12-14 pp per hour peak.
In Molly’s, you’ll find our tribute to the woman herself and her shop. A beautifully cosy space for your group to enjoy exclusively with a mixture of seating and standing available. Plus you'll have your own open windows right next to where our traditional band plays on Thursday through to Saturday. Some might say it's the best spot in the house.
Our traditional Irish snug is a cosy spot for you and your pals to enjoy exclusively.
Our traditional Irish snug is a cosy spot for you and your pals to enjoy exclusively. This is our slightly smaller snug, our snugeen as we call it.
Molly Mc’s traditional, Irish singing pub is named in honour of the formidable Molly Mc Elhinney — beloved granny of our Directors, Johnny and Ryan, and mother to Jack Mc Elhinney. She was, as the Irish saying goes “some woman for one woman”: a business maven, fashion entrepreneur and all-round force of nature.
Born in 1914, Molly opened her first haberdashery in 1936, in the front room of her childhood home. With a keen eye for style, she built it into the iconic Mc Elhinney’s women’s fashion store. By 1973, it was so popular that on sale days, local police had to shut down the roads to manage the queues!
Her legacy continues through her son Jack, and now through her grandchildren — Johnny, Ryan, and their sister Joanne, who also works in the business. It’s a true family affair, fuelled by generations of passion, grit, and a love for creating unforgettable experiences.
At Molly Mc’s, you’re not just walking into a pub — you’re stepping into a story that started nearly a century ago. Come raise a glass to Molly!
We allow children until 21:00, after this time Molly Mc’s is strictly for guests aged 18 and over.
